Services We Offer

We offer individual counselling for up to 160 clients on a weekly basis. This is our main service and we are able to see clients from 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday or on Saturday morning. We are a self referral service which means that we only take bookings from the person who is seeking counselling.

We are currently piloting individual counselling for Polish people who are unable to adequately converse in English. Some of our counsellors speak other east and west European languages.

In addition to one to one counselling, we provide a small psychosexual / relationship counselling service to couples. Individuals experiencing sexual difficulties can also refer themselves to this service.

We also run several specialist groups which include a men’s anger management group, a men’s personal development group and groups for victims of domestic violence: women only and mixed.

We work with adults only (defined as 17 + years).
