Counselling

We offer individual counselling for up to 160 clients on a weekly basis. This is our main service and we are open for counselling from 8.00am to 9.00pm Monday to Friday. We are a self referral service which means that we only take bookings from the person who is seeking counselling. For anyone currently, or who has recently been under the care of the primary care or community and recovery mental health teams, we first of all ask for a written referral to be completed by your psychiatrist / other mental health professional.

As we are part-funded by Ealing Council and NHS Ealing Clinical Commissioning Group and because of the high demand for counselling and psychotherapy, we give priority to Ealing residents registered with a GP in the Borough. However, if there is sufficient capacity, we can sometimes see people living in neighbouring boroughs bordering the London Borough of Ealing.

For anyone seeking counselling in a language other than English, we do have some counsellors who speak a variety of east and west European languages, including Polish. Contact the office for current availability.

In addition to one to one counselling, we also provide a small psychosexual/relationship counselling service to couples. Individuals experiencing sexual difficulties can also refer themselves to this service.

We work with adults only (defined as 18 + years).
