- Lose your temper quickly
- Feel very frustrated and annoyed by everyday life
- Become violent, verbally or physically, or feel aggressive
- Feel out of control and overwhelmed.
In a group of men with similar issues, this course could help you understand,
notice and mange your anger appropriately.

McAteer & Stuart Baker, UKCP Registered Psychotherapists.
The course aims to:
Help you to learn to make sense of and
understand your angry thoughts and feelings, and to control your aggressive and
/ or violent behaviours. It will do this by helping you to learn to:
- Understand how anger affects you personally
- Acknowledge the impact your anger has on others
- Recognise what makes you angry and where this comes from
- Manage, understand and control your anger and frustration
- Use techniques for relaxation
- Find new ways to respond
- Take responsibility for yourself
- Be assertive rather than angry.

The group will take place at EACS, 1a Montpelier Avenue, Ealing, W5 2XP. (Nearest tube Ealing Broadway).The group takes place over 6 sessions on:
- Saturday 21st January 2012: 10.00 - 16.30
- Wednesday 25th January: 19.00 - 21.30
- Wednesday 1st February: 19.00 - 21.30
- Wednesday 8th February: 19.00 - 21.30
- Wednesday 15th February: 19.00 - 21.30
- Wednesday 2nd May: 19.00 - 21.30
